We can guarantee your room if:
- You check in before 7 pm. 
- You give notice, preferably by phone, when you check in after 7 pm.
- The room is paid in advance.

Pets are not allowed in your room.

Smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited. In case of a fire alarm,
the eventual cost of the fire brigade operation will be charged to the guest.
